Applicant definition

Applicant shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 5.10.

Applicant means an investor who is eligible to participate in the scheme and who is not a minor and shall include the alternate applicant mentioned in the application form.

Applicant shall also include the Applicant’s assigns and successors-in-interest as approved according to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of this Agreement.

Examples of Applicant in a sentence

• An Applicant who cannot provide the proof required under Section 208.009 X.X.Xx. at the time of submission of any bid may alternatively sign an affidavit under oath, attesting to either United States citizenship or classification by the United States as an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence.

• All words in this paragraph shall have the definitions as provided in Section 285.525 X.X.Xx. Pursuant to Section 208.009 X.X.Xx., the Consultant shall provide at the earlier of submission of any bid or execution of any agreement affirmative proof that the Applicant for the Consultant is a citizen or a permanent resident of the United States or is lawfully present in the United States.

• The Applicant for the Consultant (or “Applicant”) shall be the person authorized to prepare, submit and sign contract documents on behalf of the Consultant and shall be eighteen years of age or older.

• Requests for transfer from one worksite to another shall be made electronically through the Applicant Registration System found on the District’s website.

More Definitions of Applicant

Applicant means a person who has made an application; “application” means an application for a reduction under this scheme;

Applicant means any entity or person making an application to the City for action requiring City Council or other City agency approval. The applicant does not include owners and parent companies.
