Applicable Warranty Period definition

Applicable Warranty Period means, with respect to any repair, modification, or improvement by the Developer hereunder, the time period that begins on the date repairs, modifications or improvements to Designated Roads are complete and ending on the date that is twelve (12) months after such completion date.

Applicable Warranty Period means the relevant warranty period for the particular BP Organic Shingles, as set out in Exhibit “A”.

Applicable Warranty Period. “Applicable Warranty Period” means, with respect to any repairs, modifications, Additional Maintenance, and Improvements performed by The Agent and its subcontractors hereunder, the time period that begins on the date said repairs, modifications, etc. to Haul Roads are complete and ending on that date that is ( 1 ) year after such completion date.
