Applicable Group has the meaning set forth in the definition of Pro Forma Consolidated Federal Income Tax Return.
Applicable Group. Either the Group I Loans or the Group II Loans as the case may be, but with respect to the Class A-1 Certificates, the Group I Loans, and with respect to the Class A-2 Certificates, the Group II Loans.
