API Documentation definition

API Documentation means all Documentation containing instructions, restrictions or guidelines regarding the APIs or the use thereof, as amended and/or supplemented by CPI from time to time.
API Documentation means the documentation and guidelines applicable to the Airwallex APIs found on our website xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.
API Documentation means the online materials provided or made available to Subscriber that describe the use, operation, maintenance, and/or design of the uAPI.

The Parties acknowledge and agree that the purpose of this Section is to promote and encourage standardized API for the Subscription Services and to provide a rich suite of interoperable applications to the end user community. Nakisa shall monitor Client’s use of the APIs to ensure quality and compliance with this Subscription Services Agreement. Client undertakes to implement any and all technological and security measures to ensure that the Licensed API is not used or accessed by unauthorized users. Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement or this Subscription Services Agreement to the contrary, Nakisa has no support, warranty, indemnification or other obligations or liability with respect to Client’s Derivative Works or their combination, interaction or use with the Subscription Services. Client shall indemnify, defend and hold Xxxxxx harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneysfees and costs) arising out of or in connection with any claim brought against Nakisa by a Third Party relating to Client’s Derivative Works (including but not limited to any representations or warranties made by Client as to the Derivative Works) or Client’s breach of this Section. Restrictions: Client shall not circumvent any limitations placed by Nakisa on the use of the API including by manual or electronic means. Client shall not remove or destroy any copyright notices, proprietary markings or confidentiality notices placed upon, contained within or associated with the API. Client shall not access or use the API for criminal, fraudulent or other unlawful activity.
