Animal Manure or “Manure” means poultry, livestock, or other animal excreta or a mixture of excreta with feed, bedding, precipitation, or other materials.

Animal Manure or "Manure" means poultry, livestock, or other animal excreta or a mixture of excreta with feed, bedding, precipitation, or other materials. [Minn. R. 7020.0300] 23.8 "Application Materials or Permit Application" means all information submitted by the applicant for coverage under this permit and relied upon by the MPCA to make a decision on the request for permit coverage.
