Animal Manure definition

Animal Manure or “Manure” means poultry, livestock, or other animal excreta or a mixture of excreta with feed, bedding, precipitation, or other materials.
Animal Manure means animal excreta or other commonly associated organic animal manures including, but not limited to, bedding, litter, feed losses, or water mixed with the manure.
Animal Manure means manure, litter, process manure water from animal production areas, and extraneous materials, i.e. bedding, feed, soil, urine, etc.

Animal Manure or "Manure" means poultry, livestock, or other animal excreta or a mixture of excreta with feed, bedding, precipitation, or other materials. [Minn. R. 7020.0300] 23.8 "Application Materials or Permit Application" means all information submitted by the applicant for coverage under this permit and relied upon by the MPCA to make a decision on the request for permit coverage. This includes but is not limited to the application form, manure management plan, plans and specifications for facility components, emergencyresponse plan, and required monitoring plans as approved by the MPCA. [Minn. R. 7001] 23.9 "Approved Plans or MPCA Approved" means any previously approved plans/documents or new/revised plans/documents required by this Permit that receive approval from the MPCA. [Minn. R. 7001] 23.10 "Best Management Practices" ("BMPs") means schedules of activities, prohibitions of practices, maintenance procedures, and other management practices to prevent or reduce the pollution of waters of the state.
