AMI definition

AMI means Area Median Income as defined by HUD.
AMI means a way that the Software offered under a Standard Contract Listing may be provisioned to Buyer where the Software is delivered in a machine image using the Amazon Machine Image functionality of AWS Services. Buyer deploys and runs the AMI Image containing the AMI Software under Xxxxx’s own AWS Services account on AWS Services infrastructure.

AMI means Area Median Income.
AMI means that area described in Exhibit A to the Development Agreement, as such area may be extended or exchanged pursuant to Article III of the Development Agreement.
AMI. : means the area median income for a household in the “Washington Metropolitan Statistical Area” as set forth in the most current periodic calculation provided by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”), adjusted for household size without regard to any adjustments made by HUD for the purposes of the programs it administers. Adjustments of AMI for household size shall be made in the same manner as is prescribed in section 2(1) of the Housing Production Trust Fund Act, effective March 16, 1989 (D.C. Law 7-202; D.C. Official Code § 42-2801(1)).
AMI means the median income for the Washington, DC metropolitan statistical area, adjusted for Actual Household Size, as published from time to time by HUD.
AMI means, for any year for which a calculation is made, the most recently reported annual median household income for the County, as reported by the United States Census Bureau, the South Carolina Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office, or any other reputable reporting agency or entity that is acceptable to the County.
AMI means Area Median Income established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Chapter 1427 et seq., to establish local income classification levels.
