Allotment Letter definition

Allotment Letter means a letter in such form as may be prescribed by the Authority from time to time making allotment of a particular property / plot to an applicant.
Allotment Letter means a letter in the form set out in Appendix A (with such modifications as the Board shall decide) pursuant to which the Company shall allot Shares and a Participant shall agree to take such Shares on the terms and subject to the conditions of this Plan;

More Definitions of Allotment Letter

Allotment Letter means the Letter issued by the CGEWHO to the allottee/successful bidder confirming the allotment of the shop/office under a particular scheme for which application/bid was submitted.
Allotment Letter shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital I of this Agreement.
