Alcohol and Drugs definition

Alcohol and Drugs means alcohol, illegal drugs, and the abuse of prescription and non-prescription drugs.
Alcohol and Drugs. Anyone who, in the opinion of the faculty or chaperones, has possession of or is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other illegal substances will be liable to serious consequences and will be required to leave the prom with their parents who will be notified immediately. Ammunition: I affirm that the ammunition I will use on ALTUS facilities has been properly loaded, either by a licensed manufacturer or, if the ammunition has been hand loaded by me, that it was done so by following established criteria as contained in leading reloading manuals, and that such reloads meet or exceed all factory specifications. I hereby covenant that I MAY NOT USE ARMOR PIERCING, STEEL CORE, INCENDIARY or TRACER AMMUNITION, and that in the event I violate this prohibition, I shall be strictly liable (irrespective of fault) for any and all damages arising out of, or related in any manner to use of such ammunition, as well as being immediately removed from ALTUS facilities without having the right to receive any refund. ( Init.) Photo, Audio and Visual Release: While utilizing ALTUS facilities, I acknowledge that my image will be captured by closed circuit TV and possibly by attendees or staff taking photos or videos. All such photos/images may be used for promotion, and I fully release my likeness to be used by ALTUS without further consent. ( Init.)
