Aircraft Lease Agreement definition

Aircraft Lease Agreement means an Aircraft Lease Agreement by and between Amazon or one of its Affiliates and the Corporation or one of its Affiliates in the form attached to the Air Transportation Agreements.

Aircraft Lease Agreement means, for any Aircraft, the Aircraft Specific Lease Agreement or Aircraft Lease Agreement, as the case may be, as specified in relation to such Aircraft in Schedule 2;

AIRFRAME means the Aircraft, excluding the Engines and Aircraft Documents and Records. AIRFRAME STRUCTURAL CHECK has the meaning given in the Aircraft Lease Agreement.
