Aggregate Purchase Amount definition

Aggregate Purchase Amount means the aggregate of all Purchase Amounts.
Aggregate Purchase Amount means, as of any day, the aggregate of the Outstanding Principal Amounts in respect of each Security purchased pursuant to Condition 9 (Purchase), determined immediately prior to each such purchase.
Aggregate Purchase Amount means, on any date of determination, the aggregate of the Purchase Amounts of all Debt Obligations on such date. Agreement has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Sale Amount means, with respect to any Sold Receivable, the amount received from the related third-party purchaser as payment for such Sold Receivable.

The Company’s and Subsidiary Guarantors’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are joint and several. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.
