Aggregate Fee definition

Aggregate Fee means the sum of all fees payable to Consultant under this Agreement during the Contract Term.
Aggregate Fee means the monies required to be paid by Verizon Wireless to CTS in connection with the transactions contemplated in this Agreement, as set forth in Section 1.5.3 below.
Aggregate Fee means the sum total of the Artist's BNF and any or all Repeat Fees, Australian Ancillary Usage Fees and Residual Fees provided for by ATRRA purchased at the time of Engagement but does not include any overtime.

Related to Aggregate Fee

  • Aggregate Value means, with respect to any block of Equity Stock, the sum of the products of (i) the number of shares of each class of Equity Stock within such block multiplied by (ii) the corresponding Market Price of one share of Equity Stock of such class.

  • Aggregate Cap has the meaning set forth in Section 20.1A.

  • Aggregate Outstanding Amount With respect to any of the Notes as of any date, the aggregate unpaid principal amount of such Notes Outstanding on such date.

  • Aggregate Amount means the aggregate amount by which the resolution authority has assessed that eligible liabilities are to be written down or converted, in accordance with Article 46(1);

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Rate shall mean the percentage rate per annum based on the Leverage Ratio then in effect according to the pricing grid on Schedule 1.1(A) below the heading “Commitment Fee.”

  • Aggregate Collateral Balance means, as at any Measurement Date, the amount equal to the aggregate of the following amounts, as at such Measurement Date:

The Borrowers agree to pay to the Lender an unused line fee at the rate of one-quarter of one percent (0.25%) per annum on the average daily Unused Amount from the date of this Agreement to and including the Termination Date, due and payable monthly in arrears on the first day of the month and on the Termination Date.

  • Aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Outstanding Principal Balances of each Class outstanding on such date.

  • Aggregate Noteholders’ Principal Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Noteholders’ Regular Principal Distributable Amount as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Aggregate Noteholders’ Priority Principal Distributable Amount as of such Distribution Date.
