Aggregate Asset Value definition

Aggregate Asset Value means, when used with respect to all or a portion of the Collateral Assets, the sum of the Asset Values of all or of such portion of such Collateral Assets (other than Ineligible Collateral Assets).
Aggregate Asset Value means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Asset Value of all Purchased Assets.
Aggregate Asset Value means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Asset Values of all Purchased Assets less the Excess Concentration Amount.
