Affordable Workforce Housing Unit definition

Affordable Workforce Housing Unit means a Residential Rental Dwelling Unit in the Beltline or Westside Overlay Districts that complies with the affordability requirement set forth in Section 2 below.
Affordable Workforce Housing Unit means a Residential Rental Dwelling Unit in a multi-family property that received a grant, incentive, or subsidy through a sale lease-back or other written agreement involving a development authority doing business in the City of Atlanta that complies with the affordability requirement set forth in Section 2 below.
Affordable Workforce Housing Unit means a Residential Dwelling Unit in the TC, TN, TR- 1 or TR-2 zoned districts that complies with the affordability requirement set forth in Section 2 below.

Examples of Affordable Workforce Housing Unit in a sentence

  • Photocopies of all income certifications shall be submitted to the City or its designee within thirty (30) days after the tenant's lease execution of an Affordable Workforce Housing Unit on the Property.

  • Any use of the For Sale Dwelling or any activity thereon which is inconsistent with the purpose of this Deed Restriction is expressly prohibited, unless the Affordable Workforce Housing Unit is leased out in accordance with the terms of Section 2(a).

  • Affordable housing means housing that is available at a cost low enough to meet the needs of eligible households having regard to local incomes and local house prices and which will remain at an affordable price for future eligible households or, if not, that the subsidy is recycled for alternative affordable housing provision

  • Affordable Unit means a housing unit proposed or created pursuant to the Act and approved for crediting by the Court and/or funded through an affordable housing trust fund.

  • Supportive housing means housing with no limit on length of stay, that is occupied by the target population, and that is linked to an onsite or offsite service that assists the supportive housing resident in retaining the housing, improving his or her health status, and maximizing his or her ability to live and, when possible, work in the community.

  • Affordable development means a housing development all or a portion of which consists of restricted units.

  • Stormwater management measure means any practice, technology, process, program, or other method intended to control or reduce stormwater runoff and associated pollutants, or to induce or control the infiltration or groundwater recharge of stormwater or to eliminate illicit or illegal non-stormwater discharges into stormwater conveyances.

  • Affordable means, a sales price or rent level that is within the means of a low- or moderate- income household as defined within N.J.A.C. 5:93-7.4, and, in the case of an ownership unit, that the sales price for the unit conforms to the standards set forth in N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.6, as may be amended and supplemented, and, in the case of a rental unit, that the rent for the unit conforms to the standards set forth in N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.12, as may be amended and supplemented.

  • Elderly Housing means housing intended for and only occupied by Elderly persons, including a family in which all members are Elderly. All household members must be Elderly (no children, and no disabled persons under the age of 62).

  • Residential housing or "Residence" means a single-family, owner-occupied dwelling located within the State that qualifies for financing by the Authority within the meaning of the Act, the Rules and Regulations, the Code and related regulations.

  • Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency.

  • Housing Unit is either a Presold Unit, a Spec Unit or a Model Unit.

  • Stormwater management plan means the set of drawings and other documents that comprise all the information and specifications for the programs, drainage systems, structures, BMPs, concepts and techniques intended to maintain or restore quality and quantity of stormwater runoff to pre-development levels.

  • Housing Provider means, with respect to a HOME Development, Local Government, consortia approved by HUD under 24 CFR Part 92, for-profit and Non-Profit Developers, and qualified CHDOs, with demonstrated capacity to construct or rehabilitate affordable housing.
