Affected Customer definition

Affected Customer means a Customer who after acceptance of its Offer Letter is affected by an Offer Letter issued by the Company to another customer whose price and/or completion schedule and/or technical proposal in its Offer Letter are influenced by the price and/or completion schedule and/or technical proposals set out in the Offer Letter accepted by the Customer;
Affected Customer means any AT&T customer whose account was accessed without the customer’s authorization by an employee of a call center in Colombia or the Philippines for the purpose of obtaining unlock codes.

  • Leaseweb will use all information reasonably available to it in order to calculate the Affected Customer Ratio during an Outage Period, including analysis of Service Data immediately prior to the Outage Period to estimate the ratio of a Customer’s visitors that were affected during an Outage Period at one or more Data Centers.
