Adviser definition

Adviser means a party furnishing services to the Trust pursuant to any contract described in Article IV, Section 7(a) hereof;

Adviser means any subsidiary of Federated registered as an investment adviser with the SEC.

Adviser shall include Directors, officers and employees of the Adviser as well as that corporation itself.

• The Adviser shall from time to time make recommendations to the Trust’s Board of Trustees with respect to the Fund’s investment policies provided that the investment policies and all other actions of the Fund are and shall at all times be subject to the control and direction of the Trust’s Board of Trustees.
