Administrative Officer means anyone designated at the college as being on the administrative staff, such as the President, Chief Academic Officer, Chief Student Services Officer, etc.
Administrative employee means an employee who normally supervises persons engaged in office administration, construction, security or maintenance work who are represented by another trade union. This definition includes employees who share a community of interest with “supervisors”.
Queue Position means the priority assigned to an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request pursuant to applicable provisions of Tariff, Part VI.
Administrative Director refers to that individual or authorized designee, empowered by the State to make final and binding executive decisions on behalf of the State.
Administrative Staff means all persons employed by the University who are categorised in terms of the Statutes as members of the administrative staff;
Administrative User means any of Your employees, consultants, independent contractors or customers to whom You grant administrative permission to access the Services in accordance with Company’s entitlements and procedures and this Agreement (where “administrative permission” includes, but is not limited to, the right to create, modify and delete User accounts, as well as the right to access and modify Your billing information and other functionality available through Company’s administrative control panel).
Administrative Action has the meaning set forth in paragraph 4(a) of Annex I.
Administrative Party means an Arranger or the Facility Agent.
Agency Chief Contracting Officer or “ACCO” shall mean the position delegated authority by the Agency Head to organize and supervise the procurement activity of subordinate Agency staff in conjunction with the City Chief Procurement Officer.
PJM Administrative Service means the services provided by PJM pursuant to Tariff, Schedule 9. PJM Board:
Administrative Agreement means the agreement described in subsection 1.2 (1); (“accord d’application”)
Administrative Plans means investment plans offered by the Management Company and approved by the Commission, where such plans allow investors a specific investment strategy in any one or a combination of Schemes managed by the Management Company in accordance with the conditions specified by SECP.
Competitive Position means any employment with a Competitor in which Executive will use or is likely to use any Confidential Information or Trade Secrets, or in which Executive has duties for such Competitor that relate to Competitive Services and that are the same or similar to those services actually performed by Executive for the Company;

Administrative Safeguards are administrative actions, and policies and procedures, to manage the selection, development, implementation, and maintenance of security measures to protect electronic PHI and to manage the conduct of Contractor’s workforce in relation to the protection of that information.
Derivative Positions means, with respect to a stockholder or any Stockholder Associated Person, any derivative positions including, without limitation, any short position, profits interest, option, warrant, convertible security, stock appreciation right, or similar right with an exercise or conversion privilege or a settlement payment or mechanism at a price related to any class or series of shares of the Corporation or with a value derived in whole or in part from the value of any class or series of shares of the Corporation, whether or not such instrument or right shall be subject to settlement in the underlying class or series of capital stock of the Corporation or otherwise and any performance-related fees to which such stockholder or any Stockholder Associated Person is entitled based, directly or indirectly, on any increase or decrease in the value of shares of capital stock of the Corporation;
Administrative authority means the state or local official responsible for the administration and enforcement of this act.
Accounting Officer clause 65;
Safety-sensitive position means a job, including any supervisory or management position, in which an impairment caused by drug or alcohol usage would threaten the health or safety of any person.
State elective position means any position held by any
Procurement Officer means the Buyer's contracting personnel, as identified in the Introductory Materials.
City Managerial Employee means the City Manager, the Assistant City Manager, the City Clerk, and any City department head or director. In the event CONTRACTOR violates the provisions of this paragraph, CONTRACTOR shall be required to pay damages to OWNER in an amount equal to any and all compensation which is received by the former Elected Officer or City Managerial Employee of OWNER from or on behalf of the contracting person or entity, or an amount equal to the former Elected Officer's or City Managerial Employee's last two (2) years of gross compensation from OWNER, whichever is greater.
Chief Administrative Officer or “CAO” means the administrative head of a municipality as appointed by Council under clause 86(2)(c) of the Municipal Government Act.
Solvency II Directive means Directive 2009/138/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 25 November 2009 on the taking-up and pursuit of the business of insurance and reinsurance (Solvency II);
Administrative Services means the provision to the Fund, by or at the expense of the Manager, of the following:
