Administrative Accounts definition

Administrative Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.1(a) hereof.

Examples of Administrative Accounts in a sentence

  • In the absence of written investment instructions hereunder, funds on deposit in the Collection Account Administrative Accounts shall be invested as fully as practicable in one or more Eligible Investments of the type described in clause (b) of the definition thereof.

  • All interest and earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) paid on funds on deposit in the Collection Account Administrative Accounts shall be deposited therein and shall be deemed to be Investment Income on deposit for distribution in accordance with Section 5.10.

  • All interest and earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) paid on funds on deposit in each of the Collection Account Administrative Accounts shall be deposited in such account and shall be deemed to be Investment Income on deposit for distribution in accordance with Section 5.9.

  • All interest and earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) paid on funds on deposit in the Collection Account Administrative Accounts shall be deposited therein and shall be deemed to be Investment Income on deposit for distribution to the Collection Account in accordance with Section 5.11.

  • Any funds held in the Residual Amounts Account may be withdrawn at such times as the Master Issuer may elect and applied at the direction of the Master Issuer, including (i) to fund distributions, subject to Section 8.18, (ii) to make deposits to one or more of the Collection Account Administrative Accounts in accordance with Section 5.6(d) or (iii) for working capital purposes.

  • In the absence of written investment instructions hereunder, funds on deposit in the Collection Account Administrative Accounts shall remain uninvested.

  • CrowdEngine will permit access to the Subscription Services by Customer only over the Internet using Administrative Accounts assigned by CrowdEngine to authorized Customer employees.

  • All interest and earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) paid on funds on deposit in the Collection Account Administrative Accounts shall be deemed to be Investment Income on deposit for distribution to the Collection Accounts in accordance with Section 5.10.

Related to Administrative Accounts

  • Administrative fund means that Fund established by Section 6.1 and administered pursuant to Section 6.9.

  • Active Account means an individual investment account in the Plan with a balance greater than $0.

  • Administration Account As defined in Section 7.02.

  • Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Retirement Accounts has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(7) hereof.

  • Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Collections Account has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.01(a) hereof.

  • Credit Account is modified to read “Grant Account”.

  • Inactive Account means a trader’s Account which had Client-Initiated activity and subsequently it remained inactive for a period of 90 days.

  • Collateral Accounts means any and all accounts established and maintained by the Pledgee in the name of any Pledgor to which Collateral may be credited.

  • Business Account means an Account used primarily for business purposes and not for personal, family, or household purposes.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Custodial Accounts Each Custodial Account (other than an Escrow Account) established and maintained by a Servicer pursuant to a Servicing Agreement with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

  • Debt Service Account means the Debt Service Account for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 (within the Bond and Interest Fund) created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • Surplus Account has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.02(a).

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Designated Accounts as used in any security agreement means both the Designated Accounts hereunder and the “Designated Accounts” in the comparable agreement entered into with respect to any other Pledgor.

  • Management Accounts means unaudited accounts which shall incorporate a profit and loss statement, cash flow statement and balance sheet.

  • Disbursement Account means any Deposit Account maintained by Borrower with a financial institution for the purpose of receiving and disbursing the proceeds of Loans made pursuant hereto.

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Custodial Account The separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.04.

  • Administrative Agent’s Account means an account at a bank designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time as the account into which the Borrower shall make all payments to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Agents and the Lenders under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

  • Note Account As defined in the Indenture.

  • Reserve Accounts means the Tax Account, the Insurance Account, the Replacement Reserve Account, the Immediate Repair Account, the Leasing Reserve Account, the Excess Cash Flow Account, the Operating Expense Account, the Ground Rent Account and any other escrow account established by this Agreement or the other Loan Documents (but specifically excluding the Cash Management Account, the Restricted Account and the Debt Service Account).

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.
