The Paying Agent shall, provided it receives the necessary information from the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer, be responsible for performing all calculations necessary in connection with the actual and deemed distributions and allocations to be made pursuant to Section 4.01, Section 5.02(d) and Article IX and the actual and deemed allocations of Realized Losses and Additional Trust Fund Expenses to be made pursuant to Section 4.04.
All such reductions in the Class Principal Balances of the respective Classes of the Principal Balance Certificates shall constitute allocations of Realized Losses and Additional Trust Fund Expenses.
