Additional Insured definition

Additional Insured is defined in Section D of Annex D to the Lease.
Additional Insured means Lessor, in its individual capacity and as owner of the Aircraft, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Participant, the Pass Through Trustee, the Liquidity Provider, the Policy Provider, Lessee in its capacity as sublessor under any Sublease, and each of their respective Affiliates, successors and permitted assigns, and the respective directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing.
Additional Insured means a party added as an insured party entitled to benefit from a current comprehensive general liability insurance police held by the Contractor and as further defined in such policy;

Examples of Additional Insured in a sentence

  • Required Endorsements: Additional Insured- CG 20 26 or CG 20 10/CG 20 37 or their equivalents.

  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, for claims arising out of the performance of this Agreement, NBU, its agents, representatives, officers, directors, officials and employees shall be cited as an Additional Insured.
