Additional Holder definition

Additional Holder shall have the meaning given in Section 5.10.

Additional Holder has the meaning set forth in Section 9, and shall be deemed to include each such Person’s Affiliates, immediate family members, heirs, successors and assigns who may succeed to such Person as a Holder hereunder.

Additional Holder shall have the meaning given in Section 7.13 hereof.

Examples of Additional Holder in a sentence

• As a condition to each assignment by a Lender under Section 14.1(a) of the Credit Agreement to an assignee who is not already a Lender party hereto, each such assignee shall execute and deliver to the Administrative Agent an acknowledgment to this Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, acknowledging the agreement of such assignee to be an Additional Holder and to be bound by the terms hereof.

• The undersigned Additional Holder has entered into an Assignment and Assumption with a Lender pursuant to Section 14.1(a) of the Credit Agreement and hereby acknowledges the terms and conditions of the Agreement and agrees to be bound thereby as [a First Out Lender][a Last Out Lender].

More Definitions of Additional Holder

Additional Holder means, collectively, any person party to any Additional Senior-Priority Document or any Additional Junior-Priority Document as a lender, noteholder, owner, holder or creditor.

Additional Holder has the meaning set forth in Section 3.11.

Additional Holder means each of the parties listed under Additional Holder on Schedule A hereto and any transferee of Registrable Securities held by an Additional Holder that became a party hereto.
