Additional Holder definition

Additional Holder shall have the meaning given in Section 5.10.

Additional Holder has the meaning set forth in Section 9, and shall be deemed to include each such Person’s Affiliates, immediate family members, heirs, successors and assigns who may succeed to such Person as a Holder hereunder.

Additional Holder shall have the meaning given in Section 7.13 hereof.

Examples of Additional Holder in a sentence

• Such Joinder shall specify the rights and obligations of the applicable Additional Holder under this Agreement.

• Upon the execution and delivery and subject to the terms of a Joinder by such Additional Holder, the Ordinary Shares then owned, or underlying any rights then owned, by such Additional Holder (the “Additional Holder Ordinary Shares”) shall be Registrable Securities to the extent provided herein and therein and such Additional Holder shall be a Holder under this Agreement with respect to such Additional Holder Ordinary Shares.

• Upon the execution and delivery and subject to the terms of a Joinder by such Additional Holder, the Common Stock of the Company then owned, or underlying any rights then owned, by such Additional Holder (the “Additional Holder Common Stock”) shall be Registrable Securities to the extent provided herein and therein and such Additional Holder shall be a Holder under this Agreement with respect to such Additional Holder Common Stock.

More Definitions of Additional Holder

Additional Holder means, collectively, any person party to any Additional Senior-Priority Document or any Additional Junior-Priority Document as a lender, noteholder, owner, holder or creditor.

Additional Holder has the meaning set forth in Section 3.11.

Additional Holder means each of the parties listed under Additional Holder on Schedule A hereto and any transferee of Registrable Securities held by an Additional Holder that became a party hereto.

Additional Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7(d) hereof.

Additional Holder and “Additional Holders” mean any additional Stockholder or Stockholders, as the case may be, who from time to time become party to this Agreement by signing an Additional Holder Signature Page or who receive Shares pursuant to a Transfer permitted hereunder;

Additional Holder means any Company shareholder (other than the Holders) or any transferee or assignee thereof to whom the Company has contractually granted incidental registration rights.
