Actual Pay definition

Actual Pay means “Covered Compensation” as defined in the 2000 restatement of the HP Inc. 401(k) Plan (formerly known as the Hewlett-Packard Company 401(k) Plan), and “Eligible Pay” as to be defined in the 2006 restatement of the HP Inc. 401(k) Plan, as each is amended from time to time, without giving effect to the Code section 401(a)(17) limitation set forth in each definition and the exclusion of pay deferred under this Plan.
Actual Pay means the pay to which a member of the State Police Service is entitled by virtue of his substantive position in the cadre of that Service or by virtue of his having continuously worked in a temporary or officiating capacity in a higher post for a period of three years or more after following the prescribed procedure, provided the State Government have not revised the scales of pay applicable to the State Police Service after the 1st day of January, 1996. If the pay scales have been revised subsequent to the 1st day of January, 1996, the dearness allowance, dearness pay, interim or additional relief sanctioned by the State Government after the 1st day of January, 1996 and merged in the revised pay scales, shall be excluded.
Actual Pay means “Eligible Compensation” as defined in the DXC Technology Matched Asset Plan, as amended from time to time, without giving effect to the Code section 401(a)(17) limitation set forth in such definition and the exclusion of pay deferred under this Plan.

  • Actual Payment means, with respect to a Receivable and a Collection Period, all payments received by the Servicer from or for the account of the related Obligor on such Receivable during such Collection Period, net of any Supplemental Servicing Fees attributable to such Receivable.

  • Applicable Wages means the basic straight time wages for all hours worked, including:

  • Baseline actual emissions means the rate of emissions, in tons per year, of a regulated NSR pollutant, as determined in accordance with paragraphs (i) through (iv) of this definition.

  • Annual Payment The total amount payable to the Settlement Fund Administrator by the Settling Distributors on the Payment Date each year, as calculated by the Settlement Fund Administrator pursuant to Section IV.B.1.e. For the avoidance of doubt, this term does not include the Additional Restitution Amount or amounts paid pursuant to Section X.

  • Average Monthly Compensation means the quotient determined by dividing the sum of the Employee’s then current Base Salary (as defined in Section 4.1 hereof) and the greater of the most recently paid Incentive Compensation (as defined in Section 4.2 hereof) or the average of Incentive Compensation paid over the three most recent years by twelve.

  • Base Pay means the Executive’s annual base salary from the Company at the rate in effect immediately prior to a Change in Control or at the time Notice of Termination is given, whichever is greater. Base Pay includes only regular cash salary (plus the amount of any automobile allowance paid to the Executive or any automobile lease payments made by the Company on behalf of the Executive) and is determined before any reduction for deferrals pursuant to any nonqualified deferred compensation plan or arrangement, qualified cash or deferred arrangement or cafeteria plan.

  • Monthly Earnings means your gross monthly income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to your date of disability. It includes your total income before taxes. It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Non-Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
