Actual Construction Costs definition

Actual Construction Costs has the meaning set forth in Exhibit C.

More Definitions of Actual Construction Costs

Actual Construction Costs means the actual contract amount to be paid by NMSU to the XXXX for the Work. Construction costs do not include costs associated with furniture and equipment not specified within the Construction Documents. “As-built” means construction drawings revised to show all significant changes to the construction documents made during the construction process, usually based on marked up prints, drawings, and other data furnished by the XXXX to the Design Professional.
Actual Construction Costs shall be defined as: (1) the sum of all of the contracts between the City and the contractors who will actually construct the Project and for whose work Designer or its consultants prepared Final Working Drawings and Specifications acceptable to the City; and (2) all authorized additive change orders for such contracts, so long as any such additive change orders were not made necessary by the negligent or willful acts or omissions of the Designer or its consultants; and (3) general conditions and all other construction management fees for CM/multiple prime contracts, if any. The Actual Construction Costs shall not include the following: (1) compensation paid to the Designer, the Designer’s consultants or other consultants hired by the City; (2) the costs of land or rights-of-way; (3) the costs of furnishings, equipment or other articles furnished by the City for the Project; (4) testing and inspection fees; (5) reimbursable costs as outlined in this Agreement or any other agreement for the Project; and (6) other costs which are the responsibility of the City, including those provided for in Section 3.9 of the Agreement.

Actual Construction Costs means the actual cost of all line items shown in the Budget, including interest, loan fees, certain prepaid land lease payments pursuant to the Ground Lease Documents, legal fees and expenses, title insurance costs, appraisal fees, architectural fees, environmental and engineering fees, construction costs, and construction administration fees, all of which costs shall reflect all cost savings in completing the Improvements.
