Activity fees definition

Activity fees means fees that are approved by a local board and charged to all students to participate in any or all activities sponsored by or through the public school. Fees vary among districts and schools and entitle a public school student to participate in regular school activities, to try out for extracurricular or co-curricular school activities, to receive transportation to activities, and to attend regularly scheduled public school activities.
Activity fees means any fees or charges imposed by City on any and all classes of persons, firms, or organizations, for the privilege of using the Airport Operating Area (e.g. landing fees), or of entering upon the Airport to conduct business thereon, (e.g. use fees), which fees and charges are imposed on a nondiscriminatory basis for the privilege of using or entering upon the Airport. The term “Activity Fees” shall for purposes of this Lease, be the fees and charges set forth in Section 5.5Payment of Rent, Activity Fees and Charges”. Tenant’s payment of Activity Fees shall not affect Tenant’s obligation to pay the Ground Rental and other charges as provided in this Lease.
Activity fees means those fees charged to the Xxxxxx Super Trust members which MSAL have determined are “activity fees” as defined by section 29V(7) of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Xxx 0000 (SIS Act), together with any other fees that MSAL has determined fall under section 99C of the SIS Act.”

Examples of Activity fees in a sentence

  • In addition to any other Activity Fees which Tenant is required to pay to City pursuant to Section 5.5 above, City may assess Fuel Flowage Fees for any retailing or delivery of fuel petroleum products by Tenant pursuant to the Minimum Standards and Tenant’s fueling permit, and as provided for in the Airport General Fee Resolution #76438 (adopted September 18, 2012), and as may be amended.

  • The term Activity Fee(s) shall, for purposes of this Lease, be deemed to include landing fees for any charter operations conducted by Tenant, (if applicable) but shall not otherwise be deemed to include fees or charges imposed upon Tenant’s activities which Tenant is authorized to conduct on the Leased Premises pursuant to this Lease; except that Tenant may be required to pay Fuel Flowage Fees to City.

  • City agrees that any and all such Activity Fees shall be applied on a non-discriminatory basis to all such users of the Airport.

  • On or before the fifteenth (15th) day of each month following commencement of normal business operations at the Premises, Tenant shall provide to the Director a monthly activity report for all Activity Fees, in such form and detail as the Director may require.

  • Facility Fees has the meaning provided in Section 2.11(a).

  • Parent Termination Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(b).

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Company Termination Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a).

  • Recruitment fees means fees of any type, including charges, costs, assessments, or other financial obligations, that are associated with the recruiting process, regardless of the time, manner, or location of imposition or collection of the fee.

  • Maintenance Fee The Maintenance Fee (see Contract Schedule I) will be deducted during the Accumulation Period from the Current Value on each anniversary of the date the Account is established and upon surrender of the entire Account.

  • lump sum payment period means the period measured in weeks of salary, for which payment has been made to facilitate the transition to retirement or to other employment as a result of the implementation of various programs to reduce the size of the Public Service. The lump sum payment period does not include the period of severance pay, which is measured in a like manner.

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.
