Active Campaigning definition

Active Campaigning means distribution of campaign materials, making public speeches, displays, or demonstrations in support of or in opposition to any candidate or ballot measure.
Active Campaigning means any campaign activity, whether planned or unplanned, that has been performed with the intention of influencing any voter by a Campaign Team;
