  • Notwithstanding the above, any issuance of shares after the Company's listing on the WSE will, in accordance with the stipulations of the Polish Act on Public Offering, require an offering prospectus to be prepared and approved by the Polish Commission, unless expressly exempted by the Polish Act on Public Offering.
