Acquiror Shareholder definition

Acquiror Shareholder means a holder of Acquiror Ordinary Shares.
Acquiror Shareholder means (a) prior to the Redomicile, a holder of Acquiror Ordinary Shares and (b) after the Redomicile, a holder of Acquiror Common Stock.
Acquiror Shareholder means any shareholder of Acquiror prior to the Merger Effective Time.
