Acquired Equipment definition

Acquired Equipment shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.1(a) hereof.
Acquired Equipment means all equipment of Ciba or any of its Subsidiaries, other than equipment included in the Excluded Assets, that relates exclusively or primarily to, arises exclusively or primarily out of, or is used exclusively or primarily in connection with, the Transferred Business.

  • Contractor Acquired Equipment (if authorized by the contract) - Identify by item the quantities, unit prices, and total dollars billed.

  • Recipient Acquired Equipment or Facilities: Equipment and/or facilities are normally furnished by the Recipient.

More Definitions of Acquired Equipment

Acquired Equipment means any and all hardware, testers, equipment, tooling, molds, software (and related documentation), components, parts or other materials purchased or developed by SUPPLIER and paid for or reimbursed by BUYER and equipment which is within the scope of the Equipment and Inventory Purchase Agreement of even date.
Acquired Equipment means all personal property (other than the Excluded Assets, Fixtures and Improvements, Rolling Stock, and Inventories) owned by Seller and used in connection with the operation of the Business, including, but not limited to, all furniture and other furnishings, tools, office equipment, machinery and equipment and other such property used by Seller for the Business or for the use of raw materials, utilities or supplies therefor (except office furnishings and equipment used by directors and salaried Eligible Employees located outside the Real Property who do not become Transferred Employees).
