Acknowledgement Form definition

Acknowledgement Form means the form of acknowledgement document issued with the Order.

More Definitions of Acknowledgement Form

Acknowledgement Form means an Attestation and Acknowledgement of Policy for the Recovery of Erroneously Awarded Compensation in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (or in such other form as may be prescribed by the Committee from time to time).

Related to Acknowledgement Form

  • Consent Form means the forms provided to each holder of Pre-Formation Interests to consent to the Formation Transactions and to make such holder’s irrevocable elections with respect to consideration to be received in the Formation Transactions.

  • Letter of Transmittal means the letter of transmittal to be prepared by the Company and sent to all Holders of the Notes for use by such Holders in connection with the Exchange Offer.
