Accountability Units definition

Accountability Units means the independent integrity unit (referred to in paragraph 68 of the Governing Instrument), the independent redress mechanism (referred to in paragraph 69 of the Governing Instrument) and the independent evaluation unit (referred to in paragraph 60 of the Governing Instrument);

Completion shall be defined as set forth in the HUD regulations for the HOME program.

  • Off-highway vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.
