Accessible Parking Spaces definition

Accessible Parking Spaces means the 5 parking spaces shown on the approved car park layout plan for the parking of motor vehicles by disabled persons and belonging to the residents of the Development and their bona fide guests, visitors and invitees as required under Special Condition No. (23)(b) of the Conditions on Lower Ground Floor and Basement Floor of the Development which are for identification purposes only shown coloured Green and marked “ACCESSIBLE” on the plans annexed hereto and certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person;
Accessible Parking Spaces means the parking spaces in the Carpark provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(24)(b)(i) of the Government Grant for the parking of motor vehicles by disabled persons as defined in the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374 of the laws of Hong Kong), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation, and belonging to the residents or occupiers of the Residential Unit and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees as shown and delineated on the Building Plans, and for the purposes of identification only are shown coloured Blue and marked "P090", "P266", "P561", "P578", "P604(V44)" and "P605(V45)" on the Basement Floor PlanPart 1, Basement Floor Plan – Part 2, Basement Floor Plan – Part 3, and Basement Floor Plan – Part 4 of the DMC Plans, which said parking spaces marked " P604(V44)" and " P605(V45)" also serve as Visitor Parking Spaces under Special Condition No. (24)(a)(iii) of the Government Grant;
Accessible Parking Spaces means those five (5) spaces provided pursuant to Special Condition No.(27)(c)(i) of the Government Grant for the parking of motor vehicles by disabled persons as defined in the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap.374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation and in the singular means one of such Accessible Parking Spaces. For the avoidance of doubt, the Commercial Disabled Car Parking Space as shown and marked “C012” on the Plans and the Visitors Car parking Spaces as shown and marked “V001”, “V002”, “V003” and “V004” on the Plans, the accuracy of which is certified by or on behalf of the Authorized Person, are Accessible Parking Spaces.

More Definitions of Accessible Parking Spaces

Accessible Parking Spaces means 6 spaces provided within the Lot in accordance with Special Condition No. (29)(b)(i) of the Government Grant forming part of the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and intended for the parking of motor vehicles by disabled persons as defined in the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation and belonging to the residents of the Residential Accommodation and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees. Such Accessible Parking Spaces (if and where capable of being shown on plans) are shown coloured Indigo on the plan(s) certified by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto;
Accessible Parking Spaces means those spaces provided pursuant to Special Condition No.(48)(c)(i) of the Government Grant for the parking of motor vehicles by disabled persons as defined in the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap.374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation as shown and marked “Accessible Parking Space” on the plan annexed to this Deed and marked Plan No.DMC-01, the accuracy of such plan is certified by or on behalf of the Authorized Person and in the singular means one of such Accessible Parking Spaces. For the avoidance of doubt, the Residential Parking Spaces for the Disabled and Visitors’ Parking Space Nos.V-06 and V-07 are Accessible Parking Spaces.

  • Parking Structure means a Building, or any part thereof, principally used for the parking of motor vehicles;

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • parking bay means any area of a parking place which is provided for the leaving of a vehicle and indicated by markings on the surface of the parking place;

  • Parking Lot means a building or land used for the parking or storage of ten or more motorcars or bakkies, or two or more buses or trucks, excluding −

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Loading Space means an off-street space or berth on the same lot or parcel with a building or use, or contiguous to a group of buildings or uses, for the temporary parking of a vehicle while loading or unloading persons, merchandise or materials, and which space or berth abuts on a street, alley or other appropriate means of access.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.
