ACCESS TO WORK definition

ACCESS TO WORK means a grant, from DWP’s Access to Work scheme, given to an employer to pay for practical support to help a Disabled Person start work, stay in work or move into self-employment.
ACCESS TO WORK. District representatives shall at all times have access to the Work wherever it is in preparation or in progress. Contractor shall provide safe and proper facilities for such access.
ACCESS TO WORK. The Contractor shall provide the AOC continuous access to the Work.

Examples of ACCESS TO WORK in a sentence

  • This should include information about additional support available to young people – for example via the Department for Work and Pensions’ Access to Work fund – such as teaching and learning support, job coaching in the workplace, and provision of specialist equipment.

  • Access to Work on this PO by persons under the age of 18 will be in compliance with the laws of the State where the Work is being performed.

  • Access to Work Area: The CITY shall provide the CONTRACTOR access to all areas in which services are to be performed.

  • Provide all the necessary follow on support from placement into paid work including supporting the implementation of DWP Access to Work financial support and supporting the implementation of reasonable adjustments where necessary.

  • Without limiting Paragraph 3.2 (Access to Work at Seller's Facilities), Work-in-progress, Technical Data and Information, schedule data, drawings, circuit diagrams/schematics, specifications, standards or process descriptions relevant to the Work, test data, and any other documentation directly related to this Contract shall be subject to reasonable evaluation and inspection by Customer and its Consultant(s).

  • The range of sources and information and advice available to them on their employment rights and responsibilities, including Access to Work and Additional Learning Support.

Related to ACCESS TO WORK

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 152-unit market rate residential apartment building, construction of a stormwater pond and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • The constructional plant means all appliances, tools, plants or machinery or whatsoever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works but does not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • Needs Improvement the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall is below the requirements of a standard or overall, but is not considered to be unsatisfactory at this time. Improvement is necessary and expected.  Unsatisfactory: the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall has not significantly improved following a rating of needs improvement, or the Educator’s performance is consistently below the requirements of a standard or overall and is considered inadequate, or both.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Exclusive Use Area means a part or parts of the common property for the exclusive use by the owner or owners of one or more sections;

  • Quality Improvement means a focus on activities to improve performance above minimum standards and reasonably expected levels of performance, quality and practice.

  • Residential construction means construction on single-family or two-family dwellings occupied or used, or intended to be occupied or used, primarily for residential purposes, and includes real property pursuant to chapter 499B.

  • Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;
