Accenture means the Accenture entity that is a party to the Agreement and its Affiliates (collectively, “Accenture”).
Accenture means either: Accenture European Service Centre Limited, a limited company (with registered number 285869) having its registered address at 0 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx 0, Xxxxxxx; or Accenture, a company (with registered number 340745), having its registered office at 0 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx 0; or Accenture Technology Solutions, a company (with registered number 371606), having its registered office at 0 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx 0, as indicated in the Purchase Order.
Accenture means the Accenture entity named in the Order Confirmation and/or its affiliates.

Examples of Accenture in a sentence

  • If Accenture is required to withhold or deduct any taxes from any payment to Supplier, Accenture will not be required to "gross up" the amount of such payment and shall pay to the Supplier the total amount reflected on the invoice less the applicable withholding taxes.

  • In addition to direct sales to Clients, Supplier grants Accenture: (i) the right to resell Products and Services to a third-party distributor (“Distributor”) for resale to Client or to a financing company for leasing to Client.
