If Accenture is required to withhold or deduct any taxes from any payment to Supplier, Accenture will not be required to "gross up" the amount of such payment and shall pay to the Supplier the total amount reflected on the invoice less the applicable withholding taxes.
In addition to direct sales to Clients, Supplier grants Accenture: (i) the right to resell Products and Services to a third-party distributor (“Distributor”) for resale to Client or to a financing company for leasing to Client.
