Accelerated Amortization Event definition

Accelerated Amortization Event means, as of any date of determination, the occurrence of any of the following:

Accelerated Amortization Event means the Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance is less than the Aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of the Notes for a period greater than sixty (60) calendar days.

Accelerated Amortization Event means the occurrence of either of (i) the Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance shall be less than the Aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of the Notes for a period greater than 60 calendar days or (ii) any of the Offered Notes shall be outstanding on any Remittance Date after June 20, 2010.

Examples of Accelerated Amortization Event in a sentence

• If the Agent receives such a notice, it shall promptly give notice thereof to the Investors or, if it receives such a notice with respect to an Accelerated Amortization Event affecting an Investor, it shall promptly give notice thereof to the other Investors and the Seller.

• The Agent may (but shall not be obligated to) take such action, or refrain from taking such action, concerning an Unmatured Event of Default, Unmatured Accelerated Amortization Event, Event of Default or Accelerated Amortization Event or any other matter hereunder as the Agent deems advisable and in the best interests of the Secured Parties.

• No Accelerated Amortization Event, Unmatured Event of Default, Event of Default, Servicer Event of Default or Unmatured Servicer Event of Default has occurred or is continuing.

• Consequences of Accelerated Amortization Event, 40 ARTICLE XII MISCELLANEOUS Section 12.01.

• Upon the resignation of the Servicer under the Servicing Agreement or the occurrence and continuance of an Accelerated Amortization Event (other than an Unmatured Event of Default), an Event of Default or a Servicer Event of Default, the Administrative Agent may (with the consent of the Required Lenders) at any time require the Borrowerdeliver a Servicing Commencement Notice to appoint the Backup Servicer, as servicer of the Receivables in accordance with the Backup Servicing Agreement.

More Definitions of Accelerated Amortization Event

Accelerated Amortization Event means the Fleet Owner Cash Flow Ratio, at any time after the end of the 12th month following the end of the Drawdown Period, equals or exceeds 4.0.

Accelerated Amortization Event has the meaning specified in Section 9.02. For the avoidance of doubt, any Accelerated Amortization Event that occurs shall be deemed to be continuing at all times thereafter unless and until waived in accordance with Section 12.01.

Accelerated Amortization Event shall have the meaning set forth in the BBT Credit Agreement as in effect on the date of Closing.

Accelerated Amortization Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 602.

Accelerated Amortization Event shall, with respect to any Series of Notes, have the meaning assigned to that term in the related Supplemental Indenture with respect to such Series of Notes.

Accelerated Amortization Event has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.7.

Accelerated Amortization Event shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the documents evidencing the Securitization Transactions as in effect on the date of Closing.
