Academic License means a license of Academic Products solely for educational or public research purposes to a Customer that has been identified by SISW as an Academic Institution or Student.

Using the Software (whether for a fee or not) for the benefit of any other entity is forbidden to the Client regardless of the commercial or noncommercial nature of this entity.
Academic License means the Amended and Restated License Agreement, effective as of September 29, 2011, by and among NYU, SAMSF and Intellect USA, Inc.
