This COLLABORATION AND LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of January 11, 2021 (the “Execution Date”) by and between BeiGene Switzerland GmbH, a Swiss corporation (“BeiGene”), and Novartis Pharma AG, a Swiss corporation (“Novartis”). BeiGene and Novartis are each referred to herein by name, or as a “Party” or, collectively, as the “Parties.”
