This Executive Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 1st day of January, 2022 by and between Troika Media Group, Inc. (the “Company”) and Sadiq (“Sid”) Toama, an individual having an address at 100 Stone Bridge Lane, Bedford Hills, New York 10507 (“Executive”).
