This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of February 16, 2016, by and among Barfresh Food Group, Inc., a California corporation (the “Company”), and the undersigned investors (individually, a “Purchaser” and collectively the “Purchasers”).
