THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 8, 2014, by and between AllDigital, Inc., a California corporation (the “Company”), and Michael Linos (“Employee”). This Agreement replaces the Employment Agreement, dated January 27, 2014 (the “Initial Effective Date”), by and between the Company and Employee.
