THIS AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made as of June 15, 2023 by and among (1) ARC DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the “Borrower”); (2) each of the financial institutions party to this Amendment as lenders (collectively, the “Lenders”); and (3) U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“U.S. Bank”), as Administrative Agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”), Swing Line Lender and L/C Issuer, under that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of April 22, 2021 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”), by and among the Borrower, the Lenders party thereto and U.S. Bank, as Administrative Agent, Swing Line Lender and L/C Issuer. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings set forth in the Credit Agreement.
