THIS COLLABORATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of July 21, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and among Arvinas, Inc, Arvinas Operations, Inc., and Arvinas Estrogen Receptor, Inc., each, having its principal office at 5 Science Park, 395 Winchester Ave, New Haven, CT 06511 (collectively, “Arvinas”) and Pfizer Inc., having its principal office at 235 East 42nd Street, New York, New York 10017 (“Pfizer”).
