This Retirement, Separation, Waiver and Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the 3rd day of June, 2021, by and between Raymond S. Napolitan (“Executive”), a citizen and resident of Texas, and Nucor Corporation, a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Charlotte, North Carolina.
