This Unanimous Shareholders Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into August 3, 2007 (the “Effective Date”) by and among Access Energy Inc., a corporation incorporated in Ontario (the “Company”), Blacksands Petroleum, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Blacksands”), and H. Reg. F. Burden (the “Current Access Shareholder”). The Current Access Shareholder and Blacksands, together with any subsequent holders of Common Shares (as defined below) that become parties to this Agreement, are collectively referred to herein as the "Shareholders."
