THIS AMENDMENT to the Operating Agreement of MAVERICK BASIN EXPLORATION, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, ("Operating Agreement") is entered into and shall be effective this 14th day of July, 2004, among Touchstone Resources USA, Inc.
