This Executive Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) by and between KLX Energy Services Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), and Geoffrey Stanford (“Executive”) is entered into as of the date hereof and shall be effective on the Effective Date (as defined below).
