This FOURTH AMENDED AND RESTATED LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of November 30, 2017, of GLOBAL MARINE HOLDINGS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), is made by and among the Members (as herein defined) and the Company.
