THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), entered into as of this 15th day of February 2008, is between FARMERS NEW WORLD LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a Washington corporation (“FNWL”), on its behalf and on behalf of each separate account identified in Schedule 1 hereto, and FARMERS FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS, LLC (“Distributor”), a Nevada Limited Liability Company.
