Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Depositor”), proposes to sell to Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC (“Credit Suisse”) (the “Underwriter”) thirteen classes of the Depositor’s Home Equity Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-6. Such classes have been designated as the Class 1A-1, Class 2A-1, Class 2A-2, Class 2A-3, Class A-R, Class M-1, Class M-2, Class M-3, Class M-4, Class M-5, Class M-6, Class M-7, Class M-8 and Class M-9 Certificates (collectively, the “Certificates”).
