Initial Term: The “Initial Term” of the Agreement and the Service Attachments (unless otherwise specified therein) begins on the Effective Date and ends upon the completion of twenty-four (24) months. The Agreement and Service Attachments will automatically renew for additional successive month-to-month terms (each a “Renewal Term”) after expiration of the Initial Term or Renewable Term, if any, unless either party gives written notice to the other party of its election not to renew at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the Initial or applicable Renewal Term.
