These Customer Terms and Conditions (“Customer Terms”) describe the Customer’s rights and responsibilities when using Fresh Relevance Services (defined below). These Customer Terms, any Order Form(s) (defined below), and any other documents referenced in these Customer Terms, as applicable, form a legally binding “Agreement” between Customer and the relevant Fresh Relevance entity (each as set out below). If any additional terms in the Order From have been agreed between Fresh Relevance and the Customer to apply to the Customer, those terms are also incorporated herein by reference and form part of the Agreement.
